Working conditions for pedagogues in daycare centres are more and more stressfull. Shortage of staff hinders sensitive interactions with children and may even lead to hurtful behaviour. The research results of the study show the complex manifestations of hurtful behaviour, but above all the difficulties professionals have in finding a way out of conflict situations.
