A decisive factor for the quality of adult education counselling and guidance is that the counselling body defines and systematically models its quality requirements and reflects on achieved objectives. A review process moderated by education guidance counsellors in Germany and Austria has evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the relevant other practice. Various model aspects with regards to counselling and guidance are examined.
