»Withdrawal Rights in Equity Crowdfunding« The Ph.D. thesis, which is located at the interface between capital markets law and general contract law, focusses on the different rights to withdraw in Equity Crowdfunding. After giving a short overview of Equity Crowdfunding in Germany the author concentrates on the withdrawal right pursuant to § 2d of the German capital investment act and various other withdrawal rights in German contract law, especially the right to withdraw with respect to distance contracts.
