The number of people in care increases, the carers' average age increases. However, young carers fail to materialise. The demographic change clearly shows that in there will be a lack of specialist skilled workers, which the companies will need to react to early. Often, strategies to deal with the demographic conditions are lacking. This book provides a basis for the timely realisation of change processes within companies of the health care sector.
