Die Entwicklung eines ganzheitlichen und integrierten Projektplanungssystems ist dringend notwendig, um Abweichungen von der Planung kerntechnischer Rückbauprojekte zu vermeiden und bestehende Unsicherheiten in die Planung zu integrieren. Im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts MogaMaR wurden Besonderheiten kerntechnischer Rückbauprojekte und Schwachstellen im Projektmanagement identifiziert. Darauf aufbauend wurde ein ganzheitliches Projektplanungssystem für kerntechnische Rückbauprojekte entwickelt. The development of a holistic and integrated project management and planning system is crucial to avoid deviations from the plan and to consider uncertainties in the planning stage of nuclear dismantling projects. Therefore, in the research project MogaMaR characteristics of such projects as well as shortcomings in the current project management were identified. On the basis of these findings, a holistic project management system for nuclear dismantling projects was developed.

Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Analyse und Bewertung der Entwicklung des Elektrizitäts- und Wärmesystems der Wohngebäude in Deutschland bis zum Jahr 2050. Das Untersuchungsziel besteht neben der Analyse der zeitlichen Veränderung der Teilenergiesysteme insbesondere darin, das Potenzial von Technologien an der Schnittstelle von Elektrizität und Wärme zu identifizieren sowie die Entwicklung vor dem Hintergrund der energie- und klimapolitischen Ziele im Wärmesystem der Wohngebäude zu bewerten. The present work investigates the evolution of the electricity system and the heat system of the residential buildings in Germany until 2050. The aim of the research work relates to the analysis of the temporal evolution of the investigated energy systems as well as of the potential of innovative technologies at the interface of electricity and heat along with the assessment of the goals of climate and energy policy in the heat system of the residential sector.

In the context of the “energy transition", national energy systems are currently undergoing fundamental structural changes. In this context, this work analyzes public acceptance of renewable energies and respective explanatory factors. It goes beyond existing studies by applying the same research design in four countries, which allows for comparative testing of various hypotheses from the research field across countries and technologies.

Im Kontext der Energie- und Klimaziele der Bundesregierung untersucht diese Arbeit das wirtschaftliche Potenzial sektorgekoppelter Wärmeerzeugertechniken in Wohngebäuden zur Flexibilisierung der Elektrizitätsversorgung in Deutschland. Dazu werden ein integriertes Energiesystemmodell zur Langfristplanung der Energieversorgung der Wohngebäude sowie ein Entscheidungsmodell zur Energieversorgung einzelner Wohngebäude entwickelt und angewendet. In the context of the German Federal Government's energy and climate policy objectives, this contribution analyses the economic potential for residential heat supply technologies in flexibilising electricity supply in Germany. To this end two approaches are developed, implemented and applied: an integrated energy system model for planning of the residential energy supply on the long term, and a decision model on building level.

A project planning and decision support model is developed and applied to identify and reduce risk and uncertainty in deconstruction project planning. It allows calculating building inventories based on sensor information and construction standards and it computes robust project plans for different scenarios with multiple modes, constrained renewable resources and locations. A reactive and flexible planning element is proposed in the case of schedule infeasibility during project execution.

In dieser Arbeit wird die Nutzung von Biokohle als Bodenzusatz ökonomisch und ökologisch bewertet und wichtige Einflussgrößen identifiziert. Kernstück der Arbeit ist ein mehrteiliges Bewertungsmodell, das basierend auf Stoff- und Energiestrombilanzierungen die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette abbildet, von der Biokohleproduktion bis hin zur Nutzung in der Landwirtschaft. Dabei werden verschiedenste Methoden eingesetzt, zum Beispiel eine Ökosystemsimulation des Bodens. This work provides an economic and ecological assessment of the application of biochar as soil amendment and identifies important influencing factors. Therefore, a multi-stage model including various methods, e.g. an ecosystem simulation of the soil, is developed. The assessment model is based on material and energy flow balances along the overall value chain – from biochar production to its application as soil amendment.

This book provides insight into the project 'OUI Biomasse' by summarising selected results. The major goal was the development of a knowledge-based sustainable biomass strategy for the transition of the energy system of the Upper Rhine Region. The 'OUI Biomasse' network studied all aspects of the biomass value chain to come up with development scenarios, analyse their potential impact in terms of sustainability criteria and to draft guidelines for the sustainable use of biomass.

In dieser Arbeit wird die Wirtschaftlichkeit von stationären Batteriespeicher-Systemen (SBS) in Kombination mit einer Photovoltaik-Anlage (PVA) und unter Berücksichtigung von E-Pkw in Haushalten untersucht. Die Anlagengrößen von PVA und SBS werden dabei im Optimierungsmodell modellendogen bestimmt sowie deren Kapitalwert maximiert. Der Kapitalwert wird stark beeinflusst durch Lastverlagerungspotenziale von E-Pkw und SBS, Stromtarifdesign und weiteren Rahmenbedingungen. In this work a newly developed techno-economic optimization model of a household system with electric vehicle (EV) is used to endogenously dimension both the PV system and the stationary battery storage system (SBS). It maximizes the net present values (NPV) of these two systems. The NPV are highly affected by the load shifting potentials of EV and SBS, electricity tariff design and further general conditions.

Finite fossil resources require the exploitation of alternative energy sources like photovoltaics. A methodology for the economic potential assessment of photovoltaic installations on buildings including building facades has been developed. It is based on detailed irradiation simulations and a combination of geographically referenced and statistical data and has been applied to the German building stock for 2015. A prognosis for the potential development until 2050 is given.

Im Rahmen des Projektes wurde ein mobiles System zur Erfassung und Erschließung von Ressourceneffizienzpotenzialen beim Rückbau entwickelt, mit dem insbesondere Gebäudestrukturen automatisiert erfasst werden können und typologiebasiert ein Rohstoffgebäudeinventar erstellt wird. Aufbauend auf dem Gebäudeinventar gibt das System einen optimierten Projektplan für den Rückbau aus. Das entwickelte System wurde mehrfach in Wohngebäuden, Bürogebäuden und einem Krankenhaus erfolgreich getestet. In the described research project, a mobile system was developed to acquire and process sensor data from indoor scenes in buildings. Aim of the project was to identify reconstruct the building structure and create a building inventory as well as to identify resource efficiency potentials. Based on the building inventory, the system calculates an optimized deconstruction project plan. The system was successfully tested in the course of the project in residential houses, offices and a hospita.
