The book series Studia Augustana documents the heuristic, editorial and substantive processing of the materials collected in Augsburg. Despite the great differences in the types of investigation conducted, the wealth of material contained in Augsburg's libraries and archives guarantees that the research will make a substantial contribution to illuminating the history of European culture between the Late Middle Ages and the 18th century.The series is open to all researchers to publish studies on the stocks held in libraries and archives in Augsburg.
