Umgang mit gesellschaftler Vielfalt in der Integrationspolitik

Im Fokus der zehn empirischen Untersuchungen liegen der Spracherwerb und die Sprachförderung von Kindern mit Deutsch als Zweitsprache im Vorschulbereich, in der Grundschule und in der Sekundarstufe I. Schwerpunkte bilden die Erforschung von Sprachförderprogrammen, die Entwicklung und Erprobung von Diagnose-Instrumenten, die Erforschung von Faktoren des Hörverstehens, die Schriftspracherwerbsforschung und die Frage nach der Bedeutung der Familiensprachen für den Zweitspracherwerb. Brückenschläge zur Soziologie, zur Ethnographie, zur Neurologie und zur Didaktik unterstreichen die Interdisziplinarität des Forschungsfelds. Der Band bietet zahlreiche Anknüpfungspunkte und Anregungen für Forschende, Lehrende, Studierende und Praktiker im Bereich Deutsch als Zweitsprache.

Sprachliche Bildung, Sprachförderung und Deutsch als Zweitsprache sind in vielen Bundesländern fester Bestandteil der Lehramtsausbildung; in Berlin und Nordrhein-Westfalen ist Deutsch als Zweitsprache inzwischen sogar ein Pflichtmodul. Weitere Bundesländer folgen oder diskutieren aktuell eine Verankerung des Themas sprachliche Bildung in das Studium. Dieser Band gibt einen Überblick über bisherige Modelle und präsentiert erste Erkenntnisse. Zudem werden Antworten auf Fragen zu Inhalten und zu vermittelnden Kompetenzen in der Lehrerbildung sowie zu deren Anwendung und Eignung in der schulischen Praxis gegeben. Sprachliche Heterogenität wirft außerdem eine weitere Frage auf: Wie gestaltet sich das Verhältnis von Sprachförderung und Inklusion?
