DGMK-Research Report 746-1
Produktform: Buch / Einband - flex.(Paperback)
Abstract:
This report covers the topic of “Experimental and Numerical Analysis of Polymer Flooding Processes using Micromodels”, discussed in the course of the research project DGMK 746/1. The report aims to provide a better understanding of EOR- related processes.
To carry out this detailed analysis of polymer flooding processes, the team at ITE developed a new generation of micromodels. These have several advantages over conventional versions and are based on a ‘sandwich’ of different models, now using Glass–Silicon–Glass, making them more transparent. These micromodels provide more detailed results than are achievable by using core flooding experiments or field observations.
Three different micromodels have been designed and constructed during the project. Different algorithms were implemented which allow transforming a thin section into a bigger section suitable for micromodel chips.weiterlesen
