»Zero-Hours Contracts – Limits to the Flexibility of Employment Contracts with Regard to the Allocation and Duration of Working Hours« This study deals with a common problem in labor law: the conflict of interests between the employer´s desire for flexibility and the employee´s desire for planning reliability.
